Design is a fundamental component of every project we deliver. Rather than appointing separate design managers, our project managers take direct responsibility for managing the design process. 

This approach ensures a complete understanding of project requirements, enabling effective coordination, buildability reviews, and continuous value engineering throughout each stage.

Information Release Schedules (IRS) and detailed design programmes are developed collaboratively with the design teams to maintain alignment, clarity, and timely delivery.

Regular design team meetings — both on-site and office-based — ensure communication remains strong and progress is closely monitored.

We employ advanced Building Information Modelling (BIM) technology, supported by a comprehensive BIM Execution Plan that defines roles, responsibilities, and naming conventions at every stage of the design process.

Clients receive a full design report at each stage and are encouraged to be actively involved in the process when required, ensuring transparency, collaboration, and confidence in delivery outcomes.
